The pin on the back is a hinged pin stem with a joint and catch. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOverall actual size of this piece is 1 1\/2\" tall by 1 1\/8\" wide.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI was inspired in the creation of this jewelry by looking at how a actual cluster of grapes are attached to the grape stems. When I make the setting that holds the gemstones in place I designed it like the actual grape stem.
